Markdown to PDF — Export Your Documents
Turn Markdown into PDF. Edit in Lexon, use print to PDF. LaTeX math, code blocks, and tables are supported.
How it works
- Open or create a document in the Lexon editor.
- Use the export menu or Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac) to open the print dialog.
- Select "Save as PDF" or "Print to PDF" as the destination.
- Adjust margins and options if needed, then save.
Why export Markdown to PDF?
Markdown is great for writing; PDF is great for sharing and printing. Exporting to PDF lets you send reports, notes, or documentation in a format everyone can open. Lexon renders your Markdown—including LaTeX equations and code blocks—before printing, so the PDF looks correct.
You can also export to HTML and open that in a browser to print. For documents with complex layouts, HTML export gives you more control over styling before converting to PDF.

For documents with math and code, use the Markdown editor with LaTeX. For source content, you can convert DOCX to Markdown first, then export to PDF.
